DeMarcos Anzures 

Anzures led Metro State to the 2000 NCAA Division II National Championship, the Roadrunners first-ever national championship. During the 2000 season, Anzures was named NABC 1st Team All-American and MVP of the Elite Eight tournament, where he scored 32 points in the national championship game. Anzures had a career scoring average of more than 17 points per game and was named 1st Team All-RMAC three times. He ranks first on Metro State's career lists for minutes played (3887), field goals made (753), field goals attempted (1622), three-point buckets made (302) and points scored (2116). He also holds Metro State's record for three pointers in a season (106). Anzures went on to play professionally in the CBA and Mexico. Anzures graduated from Metro State in 2001 with a degree in Criminal Justice.
