SANDEE MOTT 

Associate Commissioner Sandee Mott is in her fourth year with the league office.  Mott's responsibilities include NCAA compliance, accounting, overseeing the operations of the RMAC Officiating Website, working with the RMAC officiating coordinators and the Senior Woman Administrators, and assists in the RMAC Championships.

Prior to arriving at the RMAC, Mott served as the Western State College (Gunnison, Colo.) head women's basketball coach and Senior Woman Administrator for five seasons (since 2000-2001). She began her role as Assistant Commissioner on August 22, 2005.

She earned a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Friends University in Wichita, KS, and then received her Master's degree in English from Fort Hays State University in 1996.
