Admission (Fans)
$10 per day for all fans $15 meet pass (3 day).

Parking
Vans and cars can park in the Plachy Hall north parking lot next to the HATC. Team buses should park on Sunset Drive just north of the parking lot, they may also park in the dirt lot to the west of the HATC. No team buses should be parked in any paved campus parking lot.

Programs
Will be available at the door for $3. Heat sheets for each day will be included in the purchase price.

RMAC Championship Merchandise
Will be sold by Imprinted Sportswear.

Results
Results will be available as soon as possible after the meet. They will also be available on the Adams State University website at the conclusion of both days' events. Results will be posted in the warm-up area and the East windows of Vistas at Rex, third floor.

Crowd Control
All aspects of intercollegiate athletic contests shall be conducted in a sportsmanlike manner. Each member institution shall endeavor to instill and maintain principles of good sportsmanship for the guidance of all persons participating in or witnessing contests. Conduct by student-athletes, coaches or other institutional athletics personnel that are unsportsmanlike in nature are subject to sanctions. The use of artificial noisemakers is prohibited at all times.

America One
The RMAC will broadcast the finals events starting at noon on Tuesday, May 6. Bryant Johnson and Shannon Payne will do the broadcast. Fans can purchase via pay-per-view for $9.

Photography
The RMAC will shoot video of the championships for use on the "RMAC Showcase" television show. Selected highlights will also be placed on RMAC "You Tube" page.

Concessions
Concessions will be provided in the Vistas at Rex, third floor.

Artificial Noisemakers
The use of artificial noisemakers is prohibited.

Signage
Any signs deemed offensive will be removed during the competition.

Award Ceremonies
Medals for the top three finishers in each event will be awarded at the conclusion of each event. Team Championship Plaques will be awarded at the conclusion of the meet.

Facility
Adams State University outdoor 400 meter track has eight 42" lanes on the oval, and nine 42" sprint lanes. The entire facility is a Beynon surface.
  The Pole Vault runway is 40m (131'2 ¾") in length.
  The Long Jump is 50m (164') in length.
  Take off boards at 3 meters (9'10").
  The Triple Jump runway is 50m (164').
  Take off boards at 10m (32'9 ¾") and 12m (39' 4 ½").
  The High Jump can accommodate most approaches. It will be contested in the North D area of the track.

Rex Stadium
  Bathroom facilities will be available in the stadium locker rooms for student-athletes and coaches as well as Plachy Hall.
  The north entrance is used as the student-athlete and coach entrance for the meet.
  The field north of the track is designated as a team warm-up / camp area – only credentialed student-athletes, coaches and meet personnel will be allowed in this area.

Inclement Weather
When lightning is present, the following guidelines will be followed. For Rex Stadium and the practice field, the fields/track/stadium will be cleared when lightning is within 6 miles. If it is during a game, it will be 8 miles to allow for more time for more fans to be moved. Filmers will come down from their area at 10 miles distant. Announcements will be made as needed. The games committee will make all decisions regarding inclement weather.
