    Administrator
During his time leading MSU Denver, Dr. Jordan worked tirelessly to steer the Roadrunners’ athletic department to a wave of unprecedented success for the university. He will serve as the latest class’s lone administrator after serving 12 years at MSU Denver, 2005-2017, a time in which he was a key figure for the athletic department. During his tenure, the Roadrunners athletic department added softball, women’s golf and men’s and women’s track and field programs, expanding the institution’s competitive reach within the RMAC.

He was a driving force in the construction of MSU Denver’s Regency Athletic Complex, a $24 million facility, which continues to house competition for the Roadrunners’ soccer, baseball, softball and tennis programs. Further, upon completion of the facility, MSU Denver immediately hosted the NCAA Division II Spring Festival.

Under Dr. Jordan’s time, the Roadrunners never experienced a losing season in women’s soccer, men’s basketball and volleyball. Additionally, he served as the chair of the NCAA DII Presidents’ Council, where he was integral in promoting the “Life in the Balance” approach to enhance the student-athlete experience.

Dr. Jordan was a guiding figure in transitioning MSU Denver into an institution that serves Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), immigrant and refugee students, while promoting enrollment, retention and graduation for underserved and underrepresented student populations.
