2021 #RMACmlax All Academic Team and Honor Roll announced

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. – Chance Beutler of Westminster College headlines the 2020 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Men’s Lacrosse All-Academic team after being named the Academic Player of the Year.

Beutler has 3.539 cumulative GPA and is majoring in economics. He led the Griffins in ground balls (31) and caused turnovers (17). He ranked fourth in conference averaging 1.42 caused turnovers per game. Beutler was named the RMAC Defensive Player of the Year and All-RMAC First Team while also playing a huge part in helping the Griffins win the RMAC Tournament title to end the season. 

The All-Academic First Team members were voted on by the conference’s sports information directors. To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must carry a 3.30 cumulative grade point average (GPA) and must have been an active student at the institution for at least two consecutive semesters or three consecutive quarters.

All student-athletes that meet those requirements, but were not named First Team, were named to the Honor Roll.
