COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Commissioner Chris Graham announced that Ryan Clark has been hired as the league’s Director of Operations and Compliance, effective immediately.

“Ryan emerged as the ideal candidate for our Director of Operations and Compliance,” said Graham. His experience working with championships and operations at various levels, from an institutional to conference level, and with USA Basketball, provides our membership with a wealth of experience and expertise that will prove helpful. We are excited to welcome him to our staff.”

Clark joins the RMAC after serving as the championships and administration intern at the Big Sky Conference last season. While in Farmington, Utah, he was responsible for several Big Sky Conference Championships, including the men’s and women’s basketball, indoor and outdoor track and field, and men’s and women’s tennis events. Clark was also involved in administrative tasks, including paying game officials and coordinating in-person and virtual meetings.

Before and concurrent with his time with the Big Sky Conference, Clark was a USA Basketball support staff member (2022-24). He was responsible for the day-to-day operations of various camps, including the men’s and women’s Olympic Training Camps leading up to the 2024 Summer Olympics.

A Shelby, Montana native, Clark obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Montana in 2020 and later earned his MBA from Montana in 2023. While working toward his master’s degree in Missoula, he also served as the assistant director for basketball operations with the Grizzlies’ men’s basketball program.
