COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced its Week 2 RMAC Women’s Soccer Players of the Week on Tuesday. Offensive Player of the Week: Reese McDermott, Colorado School of Mines (Sr., F, Houston, Texas)
McDermott shined on offense for the Orediggers, leading her squad to a 2-0 week. During Sunday’s contest, McDermott came off the bench and took six more shots, with three of those shots finding the back of the net. She is the third player in Oredigger history to register three career hat tricks and has one in the last three seasons. McDermott is also tied for the program record in career goals (38).
