Regis’ Robles, Fort Lewis’ Stracher, and Westminster’s Manwaring Earn Final Men’s Soccer Weekly Honors

Robles records a hat trick for the Rangers, Stracher leads the Skyhawks to two shutouts, and Manwaring posts two clean sheets for the Griffins

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. –  Regis University’s Jason Robles, Fort Lewis College’s Casey Stracher, and Westminster University’s Tommy Manwaring receive the final Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer weekly honors of the 2025 season. 

Robles fueled the Ranger offense, scoring four goals and tying the RMAC season high for points with seven. Stracher’s defensive efforts were crucial in Fort Lewis’ three-game winning streak to close their season. Between the sticks, Manwaring displayed composure and consistency, recording five critical saves and two clean sheets to help Westminster secure a postseason berth.

The 2025 RMAC Men’s Soccer Tournament opens this Sunday with Westminster hosting CSU Pueblo in Salt Lake City, and Colorado Mesa traveling to MSU Denver to take on the Roadrunners. 

Offensive

Jason Robles, Regis (Graduate Student, Midfield, Lafayette, Colorado)

Robles’ offensive attack propelled Regis to victories in their final three matches, recording four goals over that stretch. Against Adams state, he posted a hat trick, scoring on all three of his shots on goal and recorded an assist to finish the day tying the RMAC season high for points in a match with 7, becoming the fifth Ranger to ever record 7+ points in a match. Robles landed all five of his shots on goal against Fort Lewis, getting one into the net in the process. He ended the week by applying steady pressure against Colorado School of Mines, registering six shots, including two on target, in a 3-0 victory.

Defensive

Casey Stracher, Fort Lewis (Senior, Defender, Kamas, Utah)

Stracher played a pivotal role in the Skyhawks closing their season with three straight wins, two of those being shutouts. The senior from Kamas, Utah, played every minute in the final four game stretch of the season, contributing to a 5-0 win over Colorado Christian, 5-1 win at South Dakota Mines, and a 6-0 win at Adams State. Anchoring the back line, he helped hold opponents to 9.5 shots per game and 4.75 shots on goal per game, an instrumental key in the Skyhawks’ success. Stracher also supplied an assist against Colorado Christian and recorded two goals against Adams State.

Goalkeeper

Tommy Manwaring, Westminster (Sophomore, Goalkeeper, Park City, Utah)

Between the sticks, Manwaring provided crucial saves and leadership to help Westminster close out the regular season with three wins and secure a 2025 RMAC Men’s Soccer Tournament berth, highlighted by back-to-back shutouts against MSU Denver and Colorado Christian. In the 1-0 road win over MSU Denver, Manwaring recorded four saves for the Griffins, before shutting out Colorado Christian two days later. He finished the two-match stretch by posting a perfect 1.000 save percentage across 180 minutes. Against Colorado Mesa, he faced two shots on goal, saving one, but allowing another in a 4-1 victory over the Mavericks.
