GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – For the fifth consecutive year, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship game will see Regis and Colorado Mesa face off for the title. The rematch came about after No. 1 seed Colorado Mesa and No. 2 Regis both cruised to semifinal victories on Friday at Unity Field.
Regis is 4-0 in the previous four title matches against Colorado Mesa. However, the 2025 version will throw in a new twist as the first of the quintet to be played in Grand Junction after Regis hosted the previous four versions.

No. 1 Colorado Mesa def. No. 4 Westminster, 17-7
Colorado Mesa scored the game's first eight goals and never looked back, downing Westminster 17-7 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship's first semifinal contest. CMU's Carson Dickey scored her hat trick in the opening 17 minutes as part of the opening outburst. Westminster scored three goals in the first half's final 3:58 and then the first goal of the second half, closing the deficit to 9-4. But Justin Anderson's back-to-back goals ended the threat as they sparked a 4-0 run that put the game out of reach. CMU's Anderson finished with a CMU-best four goals and five points while Carson Dickey had a hat trick and an assist. Westminster's Jordan Williamson scored five goals.
No. 2 Regis def. No. 3 UCCS, 13-5
Regis scored in bunches to overcome a slow start in a 13-5 victory against UCCS in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship's second semifinal contest. UCCS opened the scoring with two goals in under a minute of play. But Regis' Shea Murphy scored at 7:30 and 5:49 to tie the game, 2-2. Emily Spaeth closed the first quarter with another goal and Regis led 3-2 at the first break. Regis broke the game open with five unanswered goals that spanned the end of the second quarter to the start of the fourth, building a 9-3 lead. Murphy scored five goals to pace the Regis offense. Sofia Watts led UCCS with a hat trick.
