Colorado Mesa’s Megan Hodges Claims RMAC Cross Country Women’s Runner of the Week

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Megan Hodges earns the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week award after leading all Division II and RMAC runners at the Roadrunner Invitational, hosted by Metropolitan State University Denver.  

The redshirt senior finished the competition in third place with a 6k time of 21:58.09, narrowing in on her personal best of 21:58.07 from last year’s RMAC Cross Country Championship. This is her second top five performance this season, with her first coming from the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede on September 5. Hodges led the Mavericks to a strong second place finish among nationally ranked and Division I opponents.   

Colorado Mesa next competes on October 11 at the Lewis Crossover Invite in Romeoville, Illinois, and will be their final competition before the 2025 RMAC Cross Country Championship in Colorado Springs on October 25.
