COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's 15 head track & field coaches named New Mexico Highlands University senior Patreece Clarke and junior Rojrika Campbell, Colorado School of Mines freshman Violet Williams, and Colorado State University Pueblo's head coach Matt Morris the 2026 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Indoor Track & Field end-of-season award winners, announced Thursday.

Patreece Clarke is the Women's Track Athlete of the Year after a dominant indoor campaign. The Clarendon, Jamaica native opened the postseason by taking first in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.20, a new RMAC Indoor Track & Field Championship meet record. She finished second in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.47. Clarke capped off her indoor season by winning the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field in 8.13. She finished nearly two-tenths of a second ahead of national runner-up Morgan Coverson-Springs from Claflin University.

Rojrika Campbell was named Field Athlete of the Year after earning All-RMAC honors in all three jumping events at the 2026 RMAC Indoor Track & Field Championship. The product of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, was conference runner-up in triple jump with 11.89 meters. She also placed third in the high jump at 1.63 meters and in the long jump at 5.70 meters.

Violet Williams was selected freshman of the year after an outstanding indoor season in both track and field events. Williams opened the season by breaking the Colorado School of Mines long jump record with a leap of 6.21 meters. Hailing from Prescott, Arizona, Williams was an RMAC Champion in the 4x400-meter relay and the long jump, with marks of 3:50.27 and 5.95 meters, respectively. She also finished fourth in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.65.

In his tenth season as CSU Pueblo's Track & Field head coach, Matt Morris was voted the 2026 Women's Indoor Track & Field Coach of the Year. Under his helm, the Thunderwolves finished fourth at the 2026 NCAA Division II National Championship and had two national champions. The CSU Pueblo distance-medley-relay team of Jadyn Herron, Gabrielle Dunich, Charlotte Young, and Helen Braybrook finished three seconds ahead of national runner-up West Texas A&M University with a time of 11:08.20. Febe Wessels also won a national championship in shot put with her best mark of 16.25 meters.

The All-RMAC Teams are based on the results of the RMAC Championships. First-, second-, and third-place finishers are named First Team All-RMAC. Fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-place finishers earn Second Team All-RMAC recognition. Members of the first-place relay teams earned First Team All-RMAC honors.
