COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Following the announcement that Dominican University of California will cancel the remainder of its 2026 men’s lacrosse season, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, in accordance with its rules, has declared the Penguins' final two conference matches are forfeits in the conference standings.
Dominican was scheduled to play Colorado Mesa and Adams State in Salt Lake City this week to conclude the regular season schedule. Instead, those games are canceled and will count as league wins for the Mavericks and Grizzlies. However, both games will be declared “no contest” for the purposes of overall win-loss records for all three teams.
