COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Colorado School of Mines' 4x400-meter relay team and University of Colorado Colorado Springs' Josiah Billington earned the fourth Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Men's Outdoor Track & Field weekly honors of the season, presented by Genesee Nutrition.
Track Team of the Week
4x400-meter Relay, Colorado School of Mines (Liam Currie, Jonah Fallon, Tim Thompson, and Elijah Quinby)
Colorado School of Mines' 4x400 relay team of Liam Currie, Jonah Fallon, Tim Thompson, and Elijah Quinby set a new RMAC record with a time of 3:06.47 at the Mines Midweek & Multi, breaking the previous mark by two seconds and surpassing the program record by four seconds, which had stood since 2001 at 3:10.47. The performance ranks No. 2 in NCAA Division II this season and No. 17 all-time on the USTFCCCA performers list. The Orediggers were fueled by Fallon's unofficial second-leg split of 44.81.

Field Athlete of the Week
Josiah Billington, UCCS (Redshirt Sophomore, Castle Rock, Colorado)
Billington had a strong outing at the Jo Meaker Classic & Multi in Canyon, Texas, posting an NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the long jump and new personal best in the triple jump. He placed third with a wind-aided leap of 7.67 meters, while his wind-legal mark of 7.64 meters currently leads the RMAC and ranks fourth in NCAA Division II, moving him to No. 3 all-time in UCCS outdoor history. Billington also recorded a season-best mark of 14.31 meters in the triple jump.
