COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For a second consecutive season, Concordia University Irvine graduate defender Jake Cloutier is the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Men’s Lacrosse Defender of the Year and a First Team All-RMAC selection, the league announced Thursday, highlighting the league’s All-RMAC Team & Awards announcement made Thursday.

Regular season champion Westminster University saw senior Luke Sillstrop named the league’s Attacker of the Year and senior Christian Jones earn the RMAC Goalkeeper of the Year award. Colorado Mesa University senior Dillon Pless earned the league’s Midfielder of the Year honor. Joining Cloutier on the league’s award list from Concordia University Irvine were Dawson Loudermilk as the Freshman of the Year and head coach Jesse Foss, who received the Coach of the Year honor.

The league's six head coaches nominated and voted on the All-RMAC Teams and Awards, but were not permitted to vote for their own players.
Cloutier, from Simi Valley, California, helped the Golden Eagles limit opponents to nine goals or less in their final four regular-season games and five of their final six outings as they went 5-1 down the stretch to finish third in the RMAC. He finished the season with 29 groundballs  and 13 caused turnovers and had an assist as he played in 11 of 15 games this season.

Sillstrop, an Encinitas, California native, led the RMAC and was 16th among Division II scorers with 3.21 goals per game, scoring 45 goals in 14 games with a goal in 13 of his 14 outings. He also ranked third nationally with nine man-up goals, 35th in shot percentage (.446), and 37th in points per game (4.00), all ranking either first or second in the RMAC. Sillstrop scored three or more goals in nine of his 10 RMAC outings, including in five times during the Griffins’ regular-season ending six-game win streak that catapulted them to sole possession of the RMAC regular-season title.

Pless, from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, scored 23 goals in 14 games for Colorado Mesa, scoring a goal in 13 games. He was third in the RMAC and 22nd in Division II with six man-up goals in 2026, including two man-up goals in CMU’s season-opening win against Rockhurst.

Jones, from South Jordan, Utah, led the RMAC with a 9.55 goals-against average, which was 18th among Division II goalkeepers. He also led the RMAC and ranked sixth nationally with a .603 save percentage and was third in the league with 10.00 saves per game. In league play alone, Jones had an 8.89 goals-against average, .601 save percentage, and 10.10 saves per game, and led the league in the first two categories and was third in saves per game.

A face-off specialist from Covington, Washington, Loudermillk impressed with a league-leading .689 face-off win percentage that ranked fourth among Division II specialists. He also paced the league with 7.27 ground balls per game, leading the league by more than two ground balls per outing, and ranking 15th in Division II. Loudermilk won over 50 percent of his faceoffs in 14 of 15 games this season.

In his eighth season at Concordia University Irvine and third as a Division II program, Foss claims his first RMAC Coach of the Year award after leading the Golden Eagles to a 9-6 overall record and 7-3 mark in league play. CUI’s three RMAC losses came to league champion Westminster (twice) and on the road at Colorado Mesa. However, they avenged the loss to the Mavericks at season’s end when they rallied from a three-goal deficit to win by three goals on a neutral field to clinch third in the RMAC race.

The 2026 All-RMAC Team rosters recognize 30 student-athletes representing all six Rocky Mountain Division institutions. Five student-athletes repeat as First Team All-RMAC selections: Cloutier, Pless, Westminster’s Ben Weber, and Colorado Mesa’s Brady Porter and Deuce Kirschke.
