COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference has announced a five-year contract renewal with Under Armour, extending a partnership that began in 2018. The apparel deal will continue to support the RMAC office's annual merchandising and branding efforts, outfitting the conference office and league officials.

“The RMAC’s extension with Under Armour reflects a partnership built on trust and a shared commitment to our student-athletes over the past several years,” said Danielle Harris, RMAC Commissioner. “Under Armour has consistently gone above and beyond to enhance RMAC apparel options, which serves as a cornerstone to our brand recognition and championship experience for both student-athletes and fans. We're thrilled to continue working with the Under Armour team over the next five years."

In addition to annual apparel credit through Under Armour, the RMAC office will receive premier pricing on Under Armour apparel, footwear and custom products, as well as three Game One VIP discount windows for all RMAC staff and employees. The partnership extension provides access to championship-level products for the league, while emphasizing the RMAC’s and Under Armour's shared commitment to enhancing the collegiate athletic experience for student-athletes, coaches and administrators.

During the conference’s previous three-year agreement with Under Armour, the conference office introduced Under Armour-branded championship gifts and personalized congratulatory messages from Under Armour leadership. Under Armour advertisements were also aired year-round on the RMAC Network, generating just shy of 300,000 views.

As announced in July, Game One will serve as the RMAC’s exclusive Under Armour supplier and will be the sole distributer of Under Armour conference championship merchandise. Additionally, Game One will manage the RMAC's year-round online store and introduce a new look for RMAC championship merchandise through pre- and post-championship apparel stores. These stores will remain open for the full duration of each championship, with fans able to shop via QR codes posted throughout event facilities. After each event, the stores will shift to spotlight tournament champions and celebrate RMAC institutions advancing to postseason play.

Now a global performance apparel and footwear brand selling in more than 140 countries, Under Armour was founded in 1996 with what started as its first HeatGear® prototype shirt. The company then introduced the now-famous ColdGear® fabric before moving operations to Baltimore, Maryland, where the headquarters remain today. Under Armour first rolled out its legendary Protect this House® campaign in 2003, embedding the slogan into the brand’s DNA and building on the company’s values, which include loving athletes, celebrating the wins, standing for equality, acting sustainably and fighting on together.
