COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced the third edition of the 2026 RMAC Volleyball Player of the Week awards on Monday, with South Dakota Mines’ Cate Warren joining Colorado Christian University’s Allie Allen and Krista Traynor as the latest honorees. Warren claims the league’s Offensive Player of the Week award, while Allen and Traynor grab the Defensive and Setter honors, respectively.

Offensive
Cate Warren, South Dakota Mines (Sophomore, Outside Hitter, Dallas, Texas)
Warren claims the Week 3 Offensive Player of the Week award after leading the Hardrockers to an undefeated week with victories over Western Colorado University and Fort Lewis College. The sophomore from Dallas, Texas, opened the week with a 14-kill performance (3.5 kills per set) on 27 attempts against the Mountaineers, recording a .444 hitting percentage as the Hardrockers earned a 3-1 victory. Warren followed that performance with a 19-kill outing against Fort Lewis, posting a .400 hitting percentage and 6.33 kills per set as the Hardrockers swept the Skyhawks. Across the two matches, Warren totaled 33 kills, averaged 4.71 kills per set, and posted a .419 hitting percentage.

Defensive
Allie Allen, Colorado Christian (Freshman, Libero, Corpus Christi, Texas)
Allen was a key force in the Cougars’ 2-0 week, helping lead them to victories over Chadron State College and Regis University. In Friday’s five-set thriller against Chadron State, Allen recorded 35 digs, averaging 7.00 digs per set, as the Cougars rallied for the victory after outscoring the Eagles 15-6 in the decisive fifth set. The freshman carried that momentum into Saturday’s matchup with Regis, recording another 22 digs (5.50 per set) to anchor the Cougars defensively in a four-set victory. Across the first two starts of her collegiate career, Allen totaled 57 digs.

Krista Traynor, Colorado Christian (Senior, Setter, Seattle, Wash.)
Traynor was dominant during Colorado Christian’s undefeated week, helping lead the Cougars to a pair of road victories. The senior turned in a career-best performance against the Eagles, dishing out a career-high 59 assists while adding 17 digs and a kill. She followed that effort with a triple-double against the Rangers, recording 29 assists, 10 kills, and 15 digs. In total, the Seattle, Washington, native tallied 88 assists, 32 digs, and 11 kills across the two matches, helping Colorado Christian open RMAC play with a perfect 2-0 record.
