COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. –  Colorado State University Pueblo’s Yale Lee is the first winner of the 2026-27 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week award, the conference announced Thursday.

Lee claims the award after a championship performance at the Travis Roy Memorial Invite hosted by South Dakota Mines in Sheridan, Wyoming. The junior from New Malden, England, captured her first collegiate individual victory and led the ThunderWolves to a team title.

Lee opened the three-round tournament with a 1-over-par 73, then carded a 6-over-par 78 in Round 2 before bouncing back with a 3-under-par 69 in the third and final round. In total, Lee finished the 54-hole tournament with a 4-over-par 220. Lee’s biggest moment came on her final hole. With CSU Pueblo, Westmont, and Westminster all tied in the team standings, Lee eagled the par-5 to break the tie and propel the ThunderWolves to a two-shot team victory. CSU Pueblo finished the tournament at 59-over-par 923.

Others Nominated: Hayden Hawley, Colorado Mesa; Ashley Lam, Westminster.
