Loibl's move to the full-time staff followed serving the league office over three seasons of postgraduate work. He began his turn in the office as an intern in 2023-24 before becoming one of the league’s first two graduate assistants in 2024-25. As a graduate assistant, he served as the primary communications contact for 15 of the league’s 22 teams at some point during his two seasons. Loibl also was part of the league’s creative team that helped build the league’s social media presence into one of the Top 5 among Division II conferences. Loibl graduated with his master’s degree in strategic communications and media studies from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in May 2026. He previously earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Colorado State in May 2023.
